Tom Parrott, DVS President, welcomed 60 DVS customers to the annual appreciation day at Chicago Indoor Racing. Don Brown, CEO of Interactive Intelligence, updated customers on CIC product direction including the exciting new CIC Business Process automation capabilities. Rachel Wentink, Sr. Director of Product Management, updated customers on the new Interaction Feedback survey tool. Ritu Maheshwari, I3 Product Manager, overviewed Interaction Monitor. After the morning product update, I3 and DVS teams competed with customers in a 60 minute Le Mans style race. It was an informative and fun day!
