Project Managers
DVS Project Managers are the focal point of project organization and serve as the primary post-sale client contact. Our project managers are rewarded for project leadership. Primary responsibilities are managing project tasks and deliverables, planning and scoping, developing schedules, working with internal and customer teams, and facilitating the overall implementation of the project. Interactive Services Developers
Interactive Services Developers use the Interactive Intelligence Interaction Designer to create, maintain and enhance Customer Interaction Center applications. DVS developers use team building, organization and personal skills to keep projects on track. DVS developers become experts in Windows operating systems and CIC tools. They receive heavy exposure to the telephony environment, networking and protocols, VoIP, SIP, SQL databases and other applications. They work both on customer site and at DVS offices.
Successful candidates will have 1 to 2 years of business computer development experience and/or extensive high school and college exposure to the various MS Windows operating systems and one or more programming languages. Excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to work independently are key components to a successful member of our exciting team. A bachelor's degree is required. DVS is willing to train sharp recent graduates. Recent graduates should have GPA above 3.5 out of 4.0. Occasional Midwest travel is required. This position provides heavy exposure to CIC project management, server hardware and software setup, customer contact, and troubleshooting, as well as full application development in a fast-paced learning environment.
System Engineer
System Engineers use their hardware and software skills to assemble server hardware, install and network MS Windows, SQL Server, Exchange, and CIC Software. System Engineers support Developers and the Company on desktop, server, and installation issues.
Successful candidates will have 1 to 2 years of business computer development experience and/or extensive high school and college exposure to the various MS Windows operating systems. Excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to work independently are key components to a successful member of our exciting team. A bachelor's degree -or- various MS certifications are required. DVS is willing to train sharp recent graduates. Recent graduates should have GPA above 3.2 out of 4.0. Occasional Midwest travel is required. This position provides heavy exposure to project management, server hardware and software setup, customer contact, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced learning environment.
